- Each individual may operate only one account.
- Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email or an in-platform notification.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Account Registration, Security & Personal Information
Registration Process
To open an account at ggbet, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Creating an account with false or inaccurate information is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure. Only one account is permitted per mobile number or email address — if multiple accounts are detected, the balances of all associated accounts will be forfeited. As part of identity verification (KYC), you may be required to submit your National ID or another government-issued document. Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
Account Security
Keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential is your responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, please contact our support team immediately. ggbet will never ask for your password via email or message — treat any such request as a phishing attempt. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication provides an additional layer of security for your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Activities
- Placing bets from your own account for personal entertainment.
- Claiming bonuses and promotions in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Contacting the customer support team to resolve any issues.
- Updating account information and managing security settings.
- Setting your own limits using responsible betting tools.
Prohibited Activities
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Use of fraudulent betting strategies, software bots, or automated systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting bonus terms across multiple accounts to gain unauthorized advantages.
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or glitches in the platform.
If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, ggbet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account. Any pending transactions may also be cancelled, and ggbet reserves the right to pursue legal action. We expect every user to engage with the platform honestly and responsibly, and to treat other users with respect.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (BDT)

All transactions on ggbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via local mobile banking channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits are kept up to date on the Cashier page, and ggbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking numbers are not permitted — the deposit account must be registered in your own name. If a deposit is linked to a bonus offer, it cannot be withdrawn until the applicable bonus conditions have been met.
Withdrawal Policy
Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; however, additional time may be required during peak periods or if further verification is needed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. ggbet adheres to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering policies, so additional information or documentation may be requested for large withdrawals. ggbet reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction deemed suspicious.
- Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
- Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The ggbet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ggbet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party failures. Betting is an inherently risky activity — all financial decisions are entirely your own responsibility, and ggbet will not compensate for any funds lost. In no circumstances shall ggbet's liability exceed the account balance held at the time of the relevant dispute. ggbet reserves the right to void any incorrect odds or winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ggbet website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is protected by the intellectual property rights of ggbet or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using these assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Using ggbet's trademarks or brand name in any way that causes confusion is a legally punishable offense.
Third-Party Content
The ggbet platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment gateways, or other services. ggbet is not responsible for the quality, security, or content of these third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspended
Ggbet may temporarily suspend an account under the following circumstances: suspected fraudulent transactions, incomplete KYC verification, an ongoing investigation into a potential terms violation, or a directive from a regulatory authority. During the suspension period, access to the account and all transactions will be restricted, though your balance will remain secure. Once the issue is resolved, the account will be reactivated.
Permanent Account Closure
An account may be permanently closed in cases of serious Terms violations, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or involvement in legally prohibited activities. Any legitimately deposited balance will be returned; however, any amounts derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time of their choosing.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ggbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a competent court. ggbet is committed to ensuring full legal transparency and fairness at all times.
